Did you know David is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Tarrant County College Human Resources Program?  Tarrant County College (TCC) launched this new program in the Fall of 2019 due to the growing demand of the HR professionals and the growth in new businesses in Tarrant County.

David is passionate about helping develop new and future HR professionals.  He focuses on helping people understand how to be a strategic HR professional for the managers and leaders of a company while balancing being empathetic to employees.  HR Professionals have a challenging role in being a champion for the company but also for the employees.
